Alexandre´s role in Human Resources began at ICOTRON (Siemens Group), he then worked for Maisonave Bank and finally Pepsi Cola-RS. In his role with Pepsi Cola- RS he was involved in the human resource development of the building and launching of their factory in Sapucaia do Sul-RS.

Alexandre Krziminski was the Commercial Director for Big Shop (SONAE GROUP-Portugal) where he was responsible for establishing relationships with suppliers as well most other aspects of the creation of the new locations outside the supply of the product itself. This involved planning, logistics, merchandising and the managing of all human resource aspects. Much of Alex~s skills were built through a 30 day work placement in Lisboa which involved specific training for this job.

Krziminski's experience has also been developed through several years of teaching at São Judas Tadeu University. The subjects taught were Human Resources, Introduction of Administration and Administration Theory. Since 1995 he has also worked as a Consultant in Human Resources for a variety of large and influential companies with an emphasis on executives selection, trainees, technical and administrative professionals.

Alexandre continues to be responsible for the process of selection, recruitment and contraction for Pepsi Cola Ltda and has also contracted for Sapucaia do Sul-RS, Souza Cruz – Cachoeirinha Unity and Claro Digital.
